Scott and Amilee met at church in Fort Smith, Arkansas and were married in 2005. Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in Math with a Master’s degree in Teaching and taught math for a year while Amilee graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English. A year after they were married, they served as missionaries for a year with the International Mission Board in Naples, Italy. After serving in Italy, Scott and Amilee felt called to work with a youth group in Macon, Georgia. Scott served on staff as the Youth Pastor at Northway Church and Amilee served as the Childcare Coordinator. After serving there for almost seven years, Scott and Amilee began to pray about joining Northwest Community Church. Since they both have a love for youth and overseas missions, they felt God leading them to help NCC launch these two ministries. So, in December 2014, they moved to Northwest Arkansas, where Scott serves as NCC’s bi-vocational Student and Missions Pastor. Scott and Amilee love discipling new believers and helping people discover how to live their lives for Christ. They have also been blessed with three children: Benjamin, Nathan, and Abigail.
